Dan Gavere discusses what size board you will need to lineup with your wing if you're just getting started in this quick tutorial from Fanatic SUP.

In this short video, waterman legend Dan Gavere explains the different lengths of boards to be used with a Foil Wing.  He'll explain how a larger volume board (110-160 liters) is much easier to get started on than a low volume board (100 liters). Low vol boards are also harder to learn to manage for any rider over 170 lbs. The extra float and width of greater volume will help you get started quickly and successfully for first time riders. Also, the larger boards don't require an exact foot placement (important on smaller boards); therefore, allowing newbie riders to get up and riding with much more forgiving results.

Ride on!  Thanks Dan and the Duotone Wing.
